SENSOR WITH AGING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor with aging function which reduces installation space and installation number of facilities for aging, facilitates easy and sure performance of aging, improves measurement accuracy and enhances reliability.

SOLUTION: A sensor 10 with an aging function is attached to a high-temperature measuring object 14 via an adhesive 15 and comprises a block body 12 formed by integrally molding a sensor body 11 and an electrothermal heater 13 disposed close to the sensor body 11. On the measuring object 14 side of the block body 12, an adhesive surface 12a is formed on which the adhesive 15 is applied.
