<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloroprene-based composition for vulcanized rubber, which is excellent in durability and especially strikes a balance between abrasion resistance and resistance to flex fatigue, and to provide a chloroprene-based vulcanized rubber. <P>SOLUTION: A chloroprene-based polymer for vulcanized rubber having specific properties is obtained by polymerizing 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene (chloroprene) (C-1) and 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene (C-2), or 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene (chloroprene) (C-1), 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene (C-2) and a monomer (C-3) polymerizable therewith, used in specific proportions. The chloroprene-based composition for vulcanized rubber includes the chloroprene-based polymer for vulcanized rubber, an acid acceptor, a lubricant, an antiaging agent, carbon black, a filler other than carbon black, a softening agent, a processing aid, a metal oxide and a vulcanizing agent, in specific proportions, which can be used for applications requiring high-degree durability, for example, an expansion joint for an elevated bridge and expressway, pneumatic spring, anti-vibration rubber, bearing rubber, various joints or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
