<p>PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for supporting synchronous hybrid automatic repeat request transmission are provided to maintain an equal timing relationship between PUSCH(physical uplink shared channel) transmission of a Pcell(primary cell) and the following PUSCH retransmission of a Scell(secondary cell) by forming an HARQ(synchronous hybrid automatic repeat request) transmission timing relationship between the Pcell and the Scell. CONSTITUTION: A base station provides a configuration for operation of an UE(user equipment) in a CA mode(301). The UE recognizes predetermined signaling or the configuration of the base station. The base station transmits information of a PDCCH(physical downlink control channel) and/or a PHICH(physical hybrid ARQ indicator channel) in a Pcell(302). The base station receives data of the PUSCH in the Scell. The UE receives the PDCCH and/or the PHICH. The base station transmits the PHICH of the Pcell according to a timing relationship between the PHICH and the PUSCH(303). The base station receives a retransmission PUSCH in the Scell. The UE transmits the PHICH and retransmission data.
