<p>PURPOSE: A sensing device for sensing a touch position on a display panel and a sensing method thereof are provided to reduce influences caused by noise coupling and/or a process change in the input event detection of the sensing device without the reduction of a noise signal and the control of a process. CONSTITUTION: A sensing cell is placed inside a display panel. A process circuit is combined with the sensing cell.
