<p>PURPOSE: A control device of an LC circuit using a spiral inductor is provided to implement a multimode and wideband mode operation by controlling a resonance frequency and output power. CONSTITUTION: A spiral inductor(200) includes a first metal line, a second metal line and one or more cross parts. The first metal line and the second metal line are crossed more than once. A drain and a source of a transistor are connected to the first metal line and the second metal line. A variable capacitor(300) is connected to a first terminal(210) and a second terminal(220) in parallel.
