An air conditioning device, wherein latent heat and sensible heat are processed by the device alone, the device can be manufactured and installed at reduced costs, and the device can be operated with reduced energy. A drainless air conditioning device (10) using mixed air for air conditioning, the mixed air being a mixture of a part of indoor air (RA) and outside air (OA). A first adsorption heat exchanger (51) and a second adsorption heat exchanger (52) can regulate the humidity of air. An air heat exchanger (60) can exchange heat between air and fluid having been heat treated by a heat source. After the humidity of outside air is processed by the first adsorption heat exchanger (51) or the second adsorption heat exchanger (52), the outside air is mixed with a part of the indoor air (RA) to be mixed air. The mixed air is subjected to heat exchange with cold water or warm water by the indoor heat exchanger (60). Exhaust air (EA) is sent outdoors after the humidity thereof is processed by the first adsorption heat exchanger (51) or the second adsorption heat exchanger (52). |
