<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional constant current generation circuit cannot sufficiently control a coefficient of fluctuation in a constant current due to a temperature fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: A constant current generation circuit in the invention comprises: a temperature fluctuating voltage generation part 10 that generates a first fluctuating voltage Vf whose voltage value fluctuates with temperature; a fluctuation gradient adjustment part 12 that generates a second fluctuating voltage Vrefc based on both a reference voltage Vconst, which fluctuates with temperature on a smaller scale than the first fluctuating voltage Vf, and the first fluctuating voltage Vf; a current generation part 13 that includes a current setting resistance Ri whose resistance value fluctuates with temperature, and generates an output current based on both the second fluctuating voltage Vrefc and the current setting resistance Ri.
