<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vacuum insulation material, that can easily manufacture the vacuum insulation material having excellent heat insulating properties. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the vacuum insulation material, a carrying mechanism 2 includes a tubular body for passing powder to carry the powder to a chamber 1 through the tubular body, and a plurality of air holes that can pass gas while suppressing the passage of the powder, the air holes allowing the inside and outside of the tubular body to communicate with each other. After the powder is heated into a dried state, the dried powder is carried to the chamber 1 through the tubular body of the carrying mechanism 2, and carrying is performed while discharging the gas in the powder passing through the tubular body via the air holes, whereby the powder is laid in a pressure-reduced state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
