<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly show a user a voice notification requiring a high-priority countermeasure. <P>SOLUTION: A data storage part in which a degree of priority of a voice notification event, a specified address of a voice file corresponding to the voice notification event, and a flag indicating presence/absence of the occurrence of a voice notification event are stored, with them correlated with one another, is referenced to calculate the number of voice notification events that are in occurrence and obtain individual pieces of information relating to the voice notification events that are in occurrence. Then, if there are plural number of the calculated voice notification events that are in occurrence, the degrees of priority of the voice notification events that are in occurrence are compared.
