<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of simplifying control of power-saving operation. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioner includes: a plurality of indoor units 10a-10c including human sensors 15a-15c, suction temperature sensors 14a-14c, indoor expansion valves 12a-12c, and indoor unit control sections 13a-13c; an outdoor unit 30 including a compressor 31 and an outdoor unit control section 34; and remote controllers 50a-50c. The indoor unit control sections change set temperatures or set air volumes set by the remote controllers on the basis of detection information from the human sensors, and the change information and the suction temperatures are transmitted to the outdoor unit control section. The outdoor unit control section calculates an air conditioning load of each air-conditioned space and an air conditioning load of the entire air-conditioned space on the basis of the change information and the suction temperatures, controls the compressor, and further controls openings of the indoor expansion valves through the indoor unit control sections. The sensitivity of the human sensor is automatically changed, when the indoor units are set for high ceiling in controlling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
