<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging machine performing a stable, high-speed operation by performing not an intermittent movement repeating operation and stopping, but a non-stop smooth operation. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging machine 30 has: a servo controller 31; servo mechanisms 110-113 constituting a carrying-in part; servo mechanisms 210-218 constituting a packaging part; and servo mechanisms 310 and 312 constituting a horizontally inserting part. The servo controller 31 controls a servo motor of the servo mechanism by virtual control systems 100, 200 and 300 having virtual servo motors 101, 201 and 301, and virtual shafts 102, 202 and 302. The servo controller 31 controls the servo mechanisms by the virtual control systems 100, 200 and 300 such that the operational speed of the packaging machine 30 may synchronize with the operational speed of a manufacturing machine 10, on the basis of a pulse signal transmitted from an encoder 15 installed in the manufacturing machine 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
