<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise support device, an exercise support method and an exercise support program, allowing generation of a proper exercise menu based on biological data on a user even when the user does not have the knowledge for performing exercise. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is related to an exercise support system for performing exercise support performed in a fitness club or the like for an individual.
