This wireless power transmission device is provided with a pair of antennas (107, 109) capable of transmitting power in a non-contacting manner by resonant magnetic coupling having a frequency f0, one of the antennas (107, 109) being a serial resonance circuit and the other being a parallel resonance circuit; and a controller (100) for controlling the transmission frequency according to the size of the electrical power transmitted between the antennas (107, 109). The controller (100) sets, when the power transmitted between the antennas is higher than a reference value P1, the transmission frequency to a value within a first level range higher than frequency f0, and sets, when the power is lower than the reference value P1, the transmission frequency to a value within a second level range lower than the first level range. |
