An objective of the present invention is to more efficiently carry out position measurement assistance with respect to a communication terminal with which a plurality of communication networks may be used. An SUPL server of a position measurement system determines from information which identifies a connection destination of a communication terminal, of which the SUPL server is notified from the communication terminal, which of two communication networks the communication terminal is connected to. The SUPL server notifies a position information administration device of the information. As a result, in the position information administration device, a request for providing position information for use in position measurement of a communication terminal to a communication network to which the communication terminal is not connected is alleviated, and it is possible to more efficiently carry out position measurement assistance with respect to a communication terminal with which a plurality of communication networks may be used.
