A request receiving unit (101) receives from a terminal a request indicating image identification information and an image processing parameter. An image processing unit (102) acquires the image on the basis of the identification information indicated by the received request, and outputs extracted information which is extracted from said image by applying to said image image processing using the parameter indicated by the received request. A response sending unit (103) sends to the terminal a response which indicates the extracted information outputted by the image processing unit (102). If the extracted information associated with the parameter and the identification information specified by the received request has been cached, the image processing unit (102) acquires and outputs the cached extracted information instead of acquiring and processing the image. |
