Disclosed are an EAB parameter processing method and system, and an access processing method, apparatus and system; the EAB parameter processing method comprising: a network side configuring an EAB parameter, wherein the EAB parameter comprises at least one of the following: a scenario where the terminal is located and the corresponding access control parameter, or the access control parameter corresponding to the scenario; a terminal type and the corresponding access control parameter, or the access control parameter corresponding to the type; a service type and the corresponding access control parameter, or the access control parameter corresponding to the service type; the network side sending the EAB parameter to the terminal. The present invention realizes access and control to different terminals, thus mitigating network congestion.
