摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precursor solution formation method for forming a titanium oxide sol gel layer having sufficient conductivity to be used for an organic solar cell, dispensing with post treatment, and suitable for an ETL layer generated from a solution. <P>SOLUTION: The precursor solution formation method for forming a titanium oxide sol gel layer includes following steps: (a) a step for obtaining the first mixture by mixing an acid with water, (b) a step for obtaining the second mixture by mixing the first mixture with water-miscible alcohol, (c) a step for obtaining the third mixture by mixing a compound represented by general formula N(R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>)(R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>)(R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>) with the second mixture, (d) a step for waiting as long as a time sufficient for the third mixture to reach a room temperature, for example, 10-15 minutes, and (e) a step for obtaining a solution by adding a titanium oxide precursor to the third mixture. In the general formula N(R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>)(R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>)(R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>), R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is selected from a list comprising a C<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">4</SB>linear alkyl group and a C<SB POS="POST">3</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">4</SB>branched alkyl group, and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>are selected independently from a list comprising H, a C<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">4</SB>linear alkyl group and a C<SB POS="POST">3</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">4</SB>branched alkyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
