<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a strap which can put a vivid design on a cord part, and includes the cord part that can be used as a cloth for cleaning a screen of a cell phone or portable game device, or glasses. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the strap forms the cord part made from microfiber, and causes a thermal transfer unit to put the design using sublimation dye ink on a top surface of the cord part. The cord part is in a belt shape, and the design is put on the top surface or the top surface and a rear surface of the cord part in the band shape by the thermal transfer unit. The thermal transfer unit causes a pressuring heating roller device to perform pressure heating to perform thermal transfer of the design of a sublimation dye patten drawn on a transfer paper to the cord part in the band shape while the flatly expended cord part in the band shape and the transfer paper are moved to a transfer pedestal on a planar surface by a transfer device in an overlapped state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
