摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a component, a material, an additive, and/or a material composition including a highly-branched organic/inorganic hybrid polymer in a granular form as a base. <P>SOLUTION: The highly-branched organic/inorganic hybrid polymer has a form of an inorganic core having organic branches. The core first has a structure: X-B-Si(-Y)<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, wherein X is NR<SB POS="POST">1</SB>R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are selected from hydrogen, alkyl, and aryl. The organic branch is grown by the substitution of a hydrogen atom of N-H on the X-B group by a reaction typical in primary and secondary amines and/or by the addition of an acid capable of being added to the nitrogen atom on the X-B group in the core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
