<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically associate multiple measurement data items obtained by a sensor network with generated external events. <P>SOLUTION: A similarity between measurement data 10 of an object sensor out of sensor nodes, and case data 20 is determined to estimate a similarity event, and then a similarity between measurement data 10 of each of adjacent sensors and the case data 20 of the similarity event is determined.
