<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling device which is free from generation of noise due to disturbance light. <P>SOLUTION: An optical coupling device 30 comprises at least: a sealing body 31 which has a light-emitting element 34 for converting an electric signal into light and a light-receiving element 33 for converting the light from the light-emitting element into an electric signal and is formed of a resin; and an oxide film 32 formed by oxidizing the sealing body 31. The oxide film 32 is formed by heating under conditions at 200 degrees Celsius for 80 hours or conditions at 180 degrees Celsius for 168 hours. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
