<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength against a centrifugal force in a rotor including a rotor core (magnetic core) having multiple air gaps penetrating through the rotor core in the axial direction. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor core (210) is divided into multiple division rotor cores (240, 250) in the axial direction of the rotor core (210). A spacing plate (260) is provided between the adjacent division rotor cores (240, 250).
