PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire contents including time information as attached data, based on the time information even in storing a wide variety of the contents in a storage part.

SOLUTION: Public time information related to contents and common to many unspecified persons, and private time information related to the contents and belonging to only a few specific persons, are set to each of the contents, and the contents are retrieved using the set public time information and the set private time information and are utilized.
