A data recording apparatus for an electronic paper, according to the present invention, comprises: a base portion, on which the electronic paper is positioned, for applying a driving voltage that corresponds to inputted data to the electronic paper via an electrode array; and a roller for putting into contact a portion of the electronic paper with the base portion, while rotating above the base portion in a predetermined rotational direction with a center shaft at the center, wherein the base portion records data on the electronic paper by allowing the driving voltage to be applied to the electronic paper when the electronic paper is put into contact with the base portion by means of the roller.
