AQUEOUS MULTICOLOR COATING COMPOSITION

An aqueous multicolor coating composition composed of a colored coating-particle component containing a coloring agent and an aqueous resin having a carboxyl group and another cross-linked functional group, and a coating formation component containing an aqueous resin having a carboxyl group, a hydrolysable silyl group, and another cross-linked function group. The coating formation component includes a specific amount of polyvalent metal, thereby making it possible to obtain an aqueous multicolor coating composition in which the colored coating particles are not liable to be crushed during spray application as well as roller application, and that is multicolored with excellent clarity, has good adherence to cloth, and can form a multicolored coating having excellent long-term weather resistance.
