A control method for charging a device and an electrical apparatus. The method includes the following steps: if the electrical apparatus operates in a first operating state and needs to charge a device to be charged, the electrical apparatus supplies power for an electromagnetic converting unit (S101); if the electrical apparatus needs to change from the first operating state to a second operating state, the electrical apparatus judges whether or not the device to be charged needs to be charged, and under the condition that the judging result is yes, the electrical apparatus continues to supply power for the electromagnetic converting unit (S103). Without a socket, a receptacle and a charger, the electrical apparatus charges the device to be charged by a wireless mode, so that it is convenient for an user to charge the device to be charged without the limit of charging conditions.
