摘要 Preparing electrolyte capacitors comprises anodically oxidizing a porous electrode body of an electrode material to form a dielectric, which is coated on the electrode material; applying a dispersion containing at least an electrically conductive polymer particle and a dispersing agent on the porous body containing the porous electrode body; forming a solid electrolyte, in which the dielectric surface is partially or totally coated by the dispersion agent; at least partially removing the dispersion agent and hardening the obtained components. Preparing electrolyte capacitors comprises anodically oxidizing a porous electrode body of an electrode material to form a dielectric, which is coated on the electrode material; applying a dispersion containing at least an electrically conductive polymer particle and a dispersing agent on the porous body containing the porous electrode body; forming a solid electrolyte, in which the dielectric surface is partially or totally coated by the dispersion agent; at least partially removing the dispersion agent and hardening the obtained components; where the anodic tension in the anodic oxidation of the porous electrode body is greater than 30 V and the average diameter of the conductive polymer particle is 1-100 nm. Independent claims are included for: (1) an electrolytic capacitor, obtained by the above process; and (2) an electronic circuit comprising the electrolytic capacitor.
