<p>Coated granulates comprise an active amino ingredient (I), preferably in the form of acid addition salt, i.e. complexed with a weak cation exchange resin (Ia) comprising carboxylic acid groups and an hydrophilic adsorbent (II) at >= 15 wt.% of the total weight ratio of (I):(Ia), where (I) and (II) are coated with a gastrosoluble polymer. Independent claims are included for: (1) an orodispersible tablet comprising the coated granulates and additives such as disintegration agents, diluents, excipients for direct compression, disposal agents, lubricants, sweetening substances and flavors; and (2) preparation of the coated granules comprising complexation of (I) with (Ia), granulation of the obtained complex i.e. still containing at least part of water used for the complexation, in the presence of (II) (at >=15 wt.%, preferably 15-50 wt.% of the complex) and coating of the obtained granules with gastrosoluble polymer.</p> |
