PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to form a first compensation sheet on an upper polarization plate vertical to an extension direction of a lower polarization plate and form a second compensation sheet between a cell substrate and a lower polarization plate wherein the second compensation sheet is vertical to an extension direction of an upper polarization plate. CONSTITUTION: An upper polarization plate(115) is attached onto a cell substrate. A lower polarization plate(117) is attached to a lower portion of the cell substrate. A first compensation sheet(201) has an extension direction vertical to an extension direction of the lower polarization plate to compensate for bending due to contraction of the lower polarization plate. A second compensation sheet(203) has an extension direction vertical to an extension direction of the upper polarization plate to compensate for bending due to contraction of the upper polarization plate. |
