PURPOSE: A polypropylene-based powder coating agent is provided to have excellent appearance of coating and to improve flame retardance because a flame retardant is melt by heat at applying a powder coating agent. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene-based powder coating agent comprises 10-40 weight% of a modified polypropylene resin, 10-40 weight% of flame-retarding master batch, 30-80 weight% of a resin composition for coating, and antioxidant or coloring pigment as additives. The polypropylene-based powder coating agent has a particle diameter distribution of 100-300 micron by a freezing and crushing process. The modified polypropylene resin is that maleic anhydride is grafted to non-polar polypropylene. The flame-retarding master batch is manufactured by mixing a heat-melt type frame retardant and a carrier resin.
