Combustion chamber system and method for combusting biomass solid fuel

The system (10) a primary combustion chamber (20) for gasifying solid biomass fuel to fuel gas, where the primary combustion chamber is arranged downstream to a secondary combustion chamber (30) for combustion of the fuel gas. The primary combustion chamber and the secondary combustion chamber are interconnected with each other via an orifice (31) such that the fuel gas in the primary combustion chamber is introduced through the orifice eccentrically into the secondary combustion chamber. The secondary combustion chamber comprises an inlet opening (32) for supply of combustion air. An independent claim is also included for a method for combusting solid biomass fuels in a combustion chamber system.
