<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route control method and the like that transfers a response message in an overlay network with the number of few hops as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission source peer node transmits a transmission source identification value of the transmission source peer node, a destination identification value of a destination peer node and a request message including the number of initialized request hops to a succeeding peer node registered in a routing table. Then a relay peer node increases the number of request hops included in the request message by one hop and further transfers the increased number of hops. Then the destination peer node estimates the number of response hops from the destination identification value up to the transmission source identification value, and when the number of response hops is smaller than the number of request hops included in the request message, transmits a response message corresponding to the request message to the succeeding peer node registered in the routing table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
