PURPOSE: A duty cycle correcting circuit is provided to minimize the size of a semiconductor chip by reducing an area of a circuit. CONSTITUTION: A duty cycle control unit(110) generates a correction clock signal by correcting a duty ratio of an input clock signal by feeding back the control signal. A duty cycle detecting unit(120) outputs a detection signal by detecting the duty ratio of the correction clock signal. A control signal generating unit(130) generates a control signal in response to the detection signal. The duty cycle detecting unit includes a first pulse detecting unit, a second pulse detecting unit, and a detection signal outputting unit.
