PURPOSE: Laver coated with high concentration calcium powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to coat the laver with residues obtained from extracting liquid sauce from salted anchovy sauce after processing. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of laver coated with high concentration calcium powder comprises the following steps: heating the upper and lower surface of dried laver for removing the unique fishy smell from the laver(S100); coating the high concentration calcium powder using oil and anchovy bones as main components on the surface of the laver(S110); and roasting the laver with the calcium powder(S120). The high concentration calcium powder is obtained by the following steps: extracting solid parts from salted anchovy sauce, and sterilizing the solid parts; heat-drying the sterilized solid parts by locating zeolite around the solid parts for removing the fishy smell of the salted anchovy sauce; and crushing the solid parts to obtain powder.
