PURPOSE: An anti-oxidative functional composition, and functional food containing thereof are provided to offer an improved anti-oxidative effect of the composition compare to a conventional natural anti-oxidative agent. CONSTITUTION: An anti-oxidative functional composition contains the same amount of Schisandra chinensis powder, ginseng powder, Polygonum multiflorum powder, and Rubus chingii powder as active ingredients. Schisandra chinensis and Rubus chingii are steamed with alcohol. The composition additionally contains Rehmannia glutinosa juice and honey to be molded into an ointment form.
