PURPOSE: A sitting type three-dimensional spine exercise device is provided to make two-dimensional control in a three dimensional space possible. CONSTITUTION: A sitting type three-dimensional spine exercise device comprises a support stand(2), a bottom guide rail(10) fixed on the support stand, a first guide structure(20) which slides on the bottom guide rail, a second guide structure(30) which slides on the first guide structure, and a seat(40) which is fixed on the second guide structure. The first guide structure does a rolling motion. The second guide structure does a pitching motion. The first guide structure comprises a first sliding rail, an upper guide rail, and a support frame.
