<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent composition for antifouling coating film formation which forms a coating film making fingerprint soil and sebum soil sticking to an article inconspicuous in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The coating agent composition for antifouling coating film formation comprises a component (a) composed of a polyoxyalkylene polyol (a1) and a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylic resin (a2) and a polyisocyanate component (b), wherein the alkylene group of the polyoxyalkylene polyol(a1) has at least one selected from the group consisting of 3-6C linear alkylene groups and 3-6C branched alkylene groups, the polyoxyalkylene polyol (a1) has a number-average molecular weight of 400-8,000, the (meth)acrylic resin (a2) has a hydroxyl value of 10-100 mgKOH/g and a glass transition temperature of 60-120°C, and the polyisocyanate component (b) is an aliphatic and/or alicyclic polyisocyanate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
