PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm and cold water circulation type heating and cooling system which is installed in a partition space of a house and embeddedly installed so as to facilitate embedding and maintenance. SOLUTION: A front-opened box 12F is arranged between studs 6B in a partition WA. In the box 12F, a heat radiator He is held in a suspended manner. The heat radiator He comprises two sheets of heat radiation panels which have a group of vertical pipes 2C communicating an upper and a lower headers 1 on respective panels and are integrally laminated with the upper and the lower headers of respective panels connected each other. The box 12F has an upper end rail 12A at an upper front face and a lower end rail 12B at a lower front face fixed so as to be detachable.
