PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel-shaped speaker which outputs sound of a plurality of channels with excellent sound quality. SOLUTION: In the panel-shaped speaker, the front is composed of a vibration plate 2, and the back side of the vibration plate 2 is supported with a back plate 3. The vibration plate 2 whose outer peripheral edge is supported by the back plate 3 has a plurality of sound generation areas 7 that are apart from the back plate 3 in the front direction. A vibration generator 4 is provided in the back center of each of the sound generation areas 7.
