The lighting housing (2) has an assembly opening (12) fitted in the wall which is closed by a lid (13) and connecting elements which are accessible when the lid is open used to assemble the connecting leads. For better accessibility and /or connection the connecting elements are fitted inside the housing at the edge of the assembly opening.
