PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for code generation/analysis which uses a sound source of an inaudiable frequency band are provided to utilize information transception between electronic devices by performing communication between electronic devices based on the sound source. CONSTITUTION: An SR(Sonic Response) code input unit(100) inputs specific information by using a sound source of an inaudiable frequency band. A SR sound mixer(200) mixes an SR code and a general sound. A general speaker(300) expresses sound source information in a sound. A microphone(400) recognizes the generated sound. An SR code recognizer(500) recognizes the SR code in the sound information of the inaudiable frequency band. An external program(600) operates the SR code.
