PURPOSE: An oil-adsorption pad for removing oil from food, and a food container using thereof are provided to remove the oil from the food using polypropylene fibers having hydrophobic and lipophilic properties. CONSTITUTION: An oil-adsorption pad(10) for removing oil from food contains polypropylene fibers, and includes an adsorbing unit(11) and an attaching unit(12). The adsorbing unit removes the oil from the food, and the attaching unit is attached to a food container. The oil-adsorption pad is coated on the inside of the food container.
