<p>The device has connecting unit for connecting the cutter bar to the carrier unit. The cutter bar is pivoted back from transport position into working position. The mower bar in its vertical position is mowed during operation. The cutter bar and cutting head of each tread are mowed starting from an initial position for cutting. The cutting heads are driven by toothed belt drive or chain drive or cable drive. A hydraulic motor is provided at inner portion (17c) of cutter bar (17), to drive the cutting head.</p> |
