PURPOSE: A promise executing guarantee using a smart phone application and a business model using a credit promotion system are provided to enable promise subscribers to subscribe a promise with a promise executing deposit through the smart phone application, thereby enabling the promise subscribers to promote reliability. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs essential contents included in a legal contract. Subscription of a promise is written in a user interface and a promise executing deposit is inputted. A server of a service company searches data which the user inputs. The server records an attempt of the subscription of the promise in the data. The server transmits the subscription of the promise to a subscription subject. The subscription subject selects approval or rejection.
