SPECIFIC PRIMERS FOR MULTIPLE DETECTION OF THE VIRUSES IN SOYBEAN, AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A specific primer for soybean virus multiplex diagnosis is provided to reduce diagnosing cost and efforts by propagation of diagnosing method for various viruses caused in the soybean. CONSTITUTION: A specific primer for soybean virus multiplex diagnosis comprises A pair of primers represented by the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1) and the sequence number 2, a pair of primers represented by the sequence number 3, 4, 5, and 6, a pair of primers represented by the sequence number 7 and 8, and a pair of primers represented by the sequence number 9 and 10. The specific primer for soybean virus multiplex diagnosis additionally includes a pair of primers represented by 11 and 12. The specific primer can concurrently diagnose AMV, SYMMV and USV3.
