The invention relates to a method for (20) for communicating data to a contact-less communicating device (12). According to the invention, the contact-less communicating device storing at least one identifier, the method comprises the following steps. The contact-less communicating device sends to a terminal (14) at least the identifier (22). The terminal sends to a server (110) at least the identifier (26). The server retrieves information allowing to write into the contact-less communicating device based upon at least the identifier. The server sends to the terminal the retrieved information (28). And the terminal sends to the contact-less communicating device a request for writing data (212), the request for writing data or data to be written using the retrieved information. The invention also relates to a corresponding system.
