<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the installation space of an opening-closing device of a vehicle opening-closing body by miniaturizing the opening-closing device. <P>SOLUTION: An output arm 9 is fixed to an upper end portion of an output shaft 19 protruding upwardly from the upper surface of an upper gear case portion 12 so as not to protrude upwardly over a clutch case portion 14 fixed to the upper surface of the upper gear case portion 12, and rotated by a predetermined angle together with an output gear 8 along the upper surface of the upper gear case portion 12.
