<p>The process comprises providing a polyurethane foam layer having a density of 8-15 g/l and a compressive stress-strain characteristic of 10-25 kPa, hot pressing the layer in a mold to obtain a core (3) having an upper side (4) and a lower side (5), associating an aluminum sheet (6, 7) having a thickness of 60-80 microns against the upper and lower sides, associating an abrasion protection layer, which has an air passage resistance of 10-250 N.s.m -> 3>, on the aluminum sheet, and associating a coating layer on the upper side of the aluminum sheet.
