摘要 <p>A probe for detection of at least 1 type of genetic polymorphism of the ALDH2 gene rs671 and the ADH2 gene rs1229984, comprising at least 1 type of fluorescently labeled oligonucleotide selected from (P1) to (P3') below: (P1) an oligonucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence complementary to a nucleotide sequence of 11 to 50 consecutive nucleotides containing nucleotides 241 to 251 in SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2 or a homologous sequence thereof, wherein the nucleotide corresponding to the nucleotide at position 241 is a cytosine labeled with a fluorescent dye; (P1') an oligonucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence which hybridizes with a nucleotide sequence of 11 to 50 consecutive nucleotides containing nucleotides 241 to 251 in SEQ ID NO:1 or 2 under stringent conditions, wherein the nucleotide corresponding to the nucleotide at position 241 is a cytosine labeled with a fluorescent dye; (P2) an oligonucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence of 11 to 50 consecutive nucleotides containing nucleotides 251 to 261 in SEQ ID NO:1 or 2 or a homologous sequence thereof, wherein the nucleotide corresponding to the nucleotide at position 261 is a cytosine labeled with a fluorescent dye; (P2') an oligonucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence of 11 to 50 consecutive nucleotides containing nucleotides 251 to 261 in SEQ ID NO:1 or 2 or a nucleotide sequence which hybridizes with the complementary strand of SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2 under stringent conditions, wherein the nucleotide corresponding to the nucleotide at position 261 is a cytosine labeled with a fluorescent dye; (P3) an oligonucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence of 12 to 50 consecutive nucleotides containing nucleotides 201 to 212 in SEQ ID NO: 13 or a homologous sequence thereof, wherein the nucleotide corresponding to the nucleotide at position 212 is a cytosine labeled with a fluorescent dye; and (P3') an oligonucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence of 12 to 50 consecutive nucleotides containing nucleotides 201 to 212 in SEQ ID NO: 13 or a nucleotide sequence which hybridizes with the complementary strand of SEQ ID NO: 13 under stringent conditions, wherein the nucleotide corresponding to the nucleotide at position 212 is a cytosine labeled with a fluorescent dye.</p>
