DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
摘要
PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase dispersion degree of particles by generating polarity through acid treatment for a nano electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A nano particle oxide layer(200) of a semiconductor electrode(11) is formed in one side of a first conductive substrate(100). The nano particle oxide layer is formed by paste including acid. The dye of the semiconductor electrode is adsorbed on the nano particle oxide layer. A counter electrode(400) includes an electrode layer(51). The electrode layer is formed on a second conductive substrate. Electrolyte solution(300) is interposed between the semiconductor electrode and the counter electrode.
